Hurricane Frances

Hurricane Frances made landfall on September 5, 2004, the second of four devastating storms to hammer Florida. The Office prepared Situation Reports, working with the Federal Emergency Management Agency, State and local governments, and the energy sector to prepare for and respond to Hurricane Frances. Situation Reports and Power Outage Maps are provided below.
