On November 7th, a Nor?easter began to impact the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast with strong winds, rain or snow, and coastal flooding. At 8:00 pm EDT October 29, the National Hurricane Center reported Sandy made landfall near Atlantic City, NJ as a post tropical cyclone. Sandy has brought heavy rain, winds, and snow in higher elevations to the the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and portions of Midwest U.S.
